With no Germanic offerings in Central Alberta, Rambow Craft Brewery stands poised to fill a hole in the market with a unique product/service offering.

Our process for creating non-alcoholic beers delivers a non-alcoholic beer product, but preserves the alcohol separately for use as a malt base in other drinks like seltzers. This means we dramatically reduce the loss of what we have worked hard to create (the alcohol), and sets us up as a potential contract brewer for other breweries seeking to create non-alcoholic beers. We are the only brewer in the province to be using this process.

By offering a full German dining experience, we capture a larger pool of potential customers, and have the potential to keep customers around longer.
