Ich heiße Dylan Rambow, CEO and Founder of Rambow Craft Brewery. For the last seven years I have been privileged to call Central Alberta my home. It has been my distinct honour to work in - and give back to - this wonderful community. I firmly believe in creating a community that we can all thrive in.

My German heritage is a very important piece of me. For years I have enjoyed tracing my family's footsteps, from across the Atlantic to here in North America. I've had the honour of standing at the docks in Hamburg and looking out across the same water that my ancestors saw in 1863.

My passion for German culture, food, and beer has lead me to this venture. Rambow Craft Brewery is about more than beer and food; it's about providing something that is missing in Central Alberta - A place for people to experience German culture! Together, let's build a place where we can gather, celebrate, and create memories. Prost!
My greatest joy has come from giving back to Central Alberta through volunteer work and massive fundraising efforts. During my time working in the not-for-profit world, I had the privilege of witnessing the incredible efforts and accomplishments of Central Alberta's first responders and those who have served in the military.

Our promise at Rambow Craft Brewery is to continue to give back to non-profit organizations through fundraising and other supports. Additionally, we promise to give back to those who serve as first responders and military - currently serving or retired - with a 15% discount on all taproom food and drink. It is our way of saying thank you for all of the work you do.
