Ich heiße Dylan Rambow, CEO and Founder of Rambow Craft Brewery. For the last seven years I have been privileged to call Central Alberta my home. It has been my distinct honour to work in - and give back to - this wonderful community. I firmly believe in creating a community that we can all thrive in.

My German heritage is a very important piece of me. For years I have enjoyed tracing my family's footsteps, from across the Atlantic to here in North America. I've had the honour of standing at the docks in Hamburg and looking out across the same water that my ancestors saw in 1863.

My passion for German culture, food, and beer has lead me to this venture. Rambow Craft Brewery is about more than beer and food; it's about providing something that is missing in Central Alberta - A place for people to experience German culture!
